We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Adonai Bible Store and Cafe. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of the purchase or delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
It must be in the original packaging, if applicable
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened or used books
- Pens, bookmarks or opened mugs
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-ordered products

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, you can ship it back (shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If your return is rejected (due to use, damage, or missing components), we will notify you.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for the same product in a different size or a similar item of equal value (depending on availability).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or credit card again
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank
